We offer various levels of service to meet your needs and your budget. The same quality service we offer to business customers is available to residential customers!
Residential
We offer several residential service agreements:
Basic
- a ration of service incidents (per month or quarter)
- a ration of support incidents (per month or quarter)
- discounts on service and support incidents beyond rations
Ala Carte add-ons to your service agreement, such as:
- Quarterly on-site cleaning and check-up
- Off-site backup service
- Loaner equipment in the event that your primary equipment fails or is out for service
- One Call Service
Family
Same as above, but distributed over multiple individuals in up to three households.
SOHO
A complete service agreement with all applicable Ala Carte add-ons, annual rations, and discounts on lease equipment.
24 hour service availability
Commercial
Custom-tailored service agreements based on number of seats / number of leased units, number and distance of sites, and other specific needs area available. Please inquired at the contact form with your contact information, and we'll work with you to create the perfect package to meet your needs.
One Call
An optional feature of our Service Agreements is one call service, which means exactly what it says: if you a have a problem, you make one call and provide basic information, and we do the rest, including managing warranty concerns, working with your telecommunications or internet service provider, and any other services required that are covered by the service agreement. One call does it all so that you can focus on what you do!
