Scheinwelt Group works to ensure that all service descriptions, pricing, and availability on the Website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the website and information are available uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Estimate requests
By submitting a request for a service estimate on the Website, you agree to provide accurate information. An estimate request does not guarantee service availability or final pricing.
4. Bookings
Service bookings are confirmed through email and/or SMS and/or telephone call after a formal agreement (contract service terms and conditions) is signed between you and Scheinwelt Group LLC d/b/a Blueskies.systems. Booking inquiries through the Website are non-binding.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices listed on the Website are for general information purposes only. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Full payment terms and final pricing will be outlined in the invoice and payment terms and conditions.
6. Intellectual property rights
All content on the Website (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of Scheinwelt Group LLC d/b/a Blueskies.systems or is licensed and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws unless otherwise marked.
You or other organizations may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. User registration
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and all activities under your account. If you believe your account is compromised, it is your responsibility to notify blueskies.systems ASAP.

The company may investigate and prosecute violations of these terms to the fullest legal extent. The company may notify and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting violations of the law and these terms.
You must create and log into an account to use some features of this website.
To create an account, you must provide some information about yourself. If you create an account, you agree to provide, at a minimum, a valid e-mail address, real personal and/or real organizational/entity name and to keep that address up-to-date. You may close your account at any time by making a request through the contact form below.
You agree to be responsible for all action taken using your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you either close your account or notify the company that your account has been compromised. The laws of the State of Indiana and the United States of America will govern any dispute related to these terms or your use of the forum. The jurisdiction is subject to change in the event that Scheinwelt Group LLC or Blueskies.systems relocates its headquarters.

You may not assign your agreement with the company. Any attempted assignment against these terms has no legal effect.
Neither the exercise of any right under this Agreement, nor waiver of any breach of this Agreement, waives any other breach of this Agreement.
These terms embody all the terms of agreement between you and the company about use of the website. These terms entirely replace any other agreements about your use of the forum, written or not.
